In this experimental film, we would show you different ways of turning in daily life, such as the spinning of the washing machine, the turning of the clocks, or the rolling of the hula hoop, the turning of relationships... We would like to illustrate the mechanical life in our animation and arrange the visual elements in a fun and colorful way.
This film is directed and animated by us. We are in charge of designing the overall flow, texture, and mood of the film. In this film, the whole film is in a fancy color tone while we’re using different styles of brushstroke to draw the shape of objects. In addition, to make the film look more rhythmic, we try to keep an average of 4fps to create the ‘boiling’ effect within the big contrast style of every hand-drawn picture. We take part in doing the transition between each composition and using the hand-drawn elements to do the animation sequence. The sound of the film is designed by Clovis, the sound ideas are about spinning and repetition. It aims to create the mood of ""boiling""
